What's a "site"?+
1 site = 1 WordPress install. WordPress multisite networks count as one install. Activate up to your plan’s limit; deactivate to free a slot.
Can I upgrade later?+
Yes. Email support@modernmapswp.com if you want to upgrade and we’ll handle the swap. Your existing license key stays active during the change.
Do client sites need their own license?+
Agency licenses cover up to 25 client sites. Professional covers 5. The free version is fine for unlimited personal use.
What's "priority support"?+
Everyone gets email support, paid or free. Professional and Agency plans jump the queue, so your message gets answered first. I’m one person, so “priority” doesn’t mean instant, but real production issues move to the front.
How do I get a refund?+
Email support@modernmapswp.com within 14 days and we’ll work it out. The free version stays installed and keeps working regardless.
